I’d like to run my models without an internet connection, meaning that everything has to be downloaded and a connection to degirum’s server is not in question. Is there any way for me to achieve this?

Welcome to the DeGirum community. Yes, you can run PySDK without internet. Please see hailo_examples/examples/001_quick_start.ipynb at main · DeGirum/hailo_examples for an example that uses local model zoo.
